Zhejiang Deqing Yintai City officially starts construction

On the morning of December 27th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Fengqi Commercial Complex and Deqing Yintai City project in Deqing, Zhejiang was held, marking the official start of the project construction.

Deqing County, Zhejiang Province is located in the north of Zhejiang Province, facing Shanghai to the east, Hangzhou to the south, the Taihu Lake Lake to the north, the foot of Tianmu Mountain to the west, and the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta. It is an important area of the Yangtze River Delta integrated national development strategy. The Deqing Fengqi Commercial Complex project is located in the Land and Information Industry Park of Moganshan High tech Zone, south of Youzi Street and east of Zhongxing South Road. The planned construction land area for the project is 97000 square meters, with a planned construction area of approximately 400000 square meters.

The commercial positioning of Deqing Fengqi Commercial Complex Project is a "family scenario experiential recreational area around Hangzhou", which will be built into a commercial complex integrating Yintai City Shopping Center, Marriott five-star hotel, Wanfeng four-star hotel, etc., becoming a new benchmark for commercial complexes.
