Yintai Group won the bid for the Qingxi New City plot in Qiandao Lake, Hangzhou

On December 27th, the land auction of Chunzhengchu Chunzhengchu [2019] No. 31 plot (Qingxi Xincheng Pingshan A-04-YT plot) in Hangzhou's Qiandao Lake came to an end, and a company under Intime Group won the bid. The total area of the land for sale is 117296 square meters, and the land use is for commercial and residential purposes.

The Qingxi New City plot is adjacent to the old city area of Qiandao Lake to the west and the Qiandao Lake exit of Hangzhou Qianzhou Expressway to the east. It is one of the "One Heart, Five Zones" planned in Hangzhou, and has become a leading area for urban innovation and entrepreneurship with its advanced manufacturing, high-tech industries, tourism and leisure, information commercial and residential modern service industries. With the landing of favorable economic and transportation conditions, the potential of Qiandao Lake in Chun'an, Hangzhou will be further stimulated. The entry of Intime Group will bring a large-scale complex here, once again accelerating the regional integration development.

And just over 10 days ago, the Qiandao Lake Yintai City (Square Store) located in the center of Qiandao Lake City just grandly opened on December 19th. This large commercial center covers an area of about 71900 square meters and introduces nearly 50 main brands, integrating light catering, fast fashion, sports and leisure, and tourism services, bringing a new way of consumption and lifestyle to the people of Chun'an. It is a major contribution of Yintai Group to settle in Qiandao Lake, Chun'an.
