The monthly excavation footage was less than 300 meters, and such progress was far from meeting the requirements for the selection plant to resume work as scheduled.

In order to improve the construction level, mining engineering technicians have been observing the construction site for a month, eating and living with workers, and mastering first-hand information about on-site operations. Based on the actual situation, the construction process has been improved. After the improvement, only the support link has been reduced from the original 12 hours to 3 hours, and the monthly excavation footage has steadily increased to 1000 meters, with the highest reaching 1100 meters. We achieved a record of 135.5 meters of single head excavation and support in a single month, and ultimately completed the development phase infrastructure project that was originally planned to be completed in 26 months 13 months ahead of schedule.

The excavation and support of the South Vertical Shaft project shaft have been completed, and the installation project is about to start; The 323 open-pit project is stripping topsoil at a rate of 700000 cubic meters per month.
