To help new employees integrate into the new company and environment faster and better, and gain a deeper understanding of the basic business and corporate culture of Intime Group, Intime Group will conduct a five-day onboarding training for new employees in Beijing and Hangzhou from July 12th to July 16th. On the morning of the 12th, the launch and onboarding ceremony of the 2021 Management Trainees' "Sailing Plan" was grandly held at the group headquarters in Beijing.

During the 5-day training period, management trainees will participate in ice breaking activities at the Jingzhi Lake Training Base in Beijing to quickly get to know each other; Systematically learning workplace courses to empower the transition of identity and career; There are also light military training such as rapid marching, group training competitions (rope climbing, obstacle crossing, spear throwing, extreme sprinting), etc., which allow the body to move in the hot summer!
