The Beijing CBD International Business Season series of activities will be held at the Yintai Center in Beijing

On September 6th, guided by the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission and the China Public Diplomacy Association, the 2022 Beijing International Cooperation Forum and CBD Forum, jointly hosted by the Chaoyang District People's Government of Beijing, the Beijing Development and Reform Commission, and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Beijing Municipal People's Government, was successfully held at the Beijing Yintai Center, marking the beginning of the Beijing CBD International Business Season series of activities.

The theme of this forum is "Deep integration into global cooperation to enhance urban openness and vitality". It focuses on the development of business districts in the context of globalization, fully tapping into the international high-end resource aggregation advantages of Beijing CBD, promoting the integrated development of various international elements, and continuously improving the openness and vitality of Beijing CBD.

At the forum, the Chaoyang District People's Government of Beijing and the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission officially signed a cooperation agreement, and the Beijing CBD released the implementation results of the "three centers, two platforms" strategy. The forum has received guidance and support from national platforms such as the Global Business District Innovation Federation and the China Business District Alliance, as well as international organizations.

At the forum, dozens of representatives from international organizations, friendly city representatives, ambassadors to China, and heads of international chambers of commerce, including Wu Hailong, President of the China Public Diplomacy Association, Huang Yong, Director of the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission, Xia Zehan, Representative and Director of UNESCO in China, Liu Fugen, South Korean Ambassador to China, Yang Yi Chi, President of the China Japan Chamber of Commerce, Harald Prena, Mayor of Saarzburg, Austria, and Sir Edmin, Vice President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, delivered keynote speeches on topics such as strengthening international cooperation, sustainable urban development, and seizing new opportunities. The relevant person in charge of Yintai Jiye Group attended the opening of the forum.

On the same day, the "2022 Global Times · Beijing CBD Mid Autumn Night" hosted by the China Public Diplomacy Association and organized by the Beijing CBD Management Committee was held. The Beijing CBD International Business Season (formerly known as the Beijing CBD Business Festival) has been successfully held for 23 sessions and is one of the most important business events in Beijing. For over 20 years, the business season has kept pace with the times and accumulated rich international resources, playing an important role in promoting the development and international recognition of Chaoyang District and Beijing CBD.
