Beijing Yintai Center has once again obtained the highest level of LEED certification for green buildings
Recently, the Beijing Yintai Center Yintai Office Building under the Yintai Foundation Group has obtained the highest level certification under the current system - LEED-EBO+M v4.1 Platinum level, thanks to its excellent green and low-carbon facilities and operation and maintenance management level, after upgrading its LEED certification scoring system.

2017 In, the flagship project of Intime Foundation, Beijing Intime Center, applied for LEED-EB O+M certification for evaluating "green property management and operation maintenance of existing buildings" and was awarded LEED v4 Platinum certification, successfully entering the ranks of green and environmentally friendly building demonstration projects and becoming the first super high-rise complex project in China to obtain LEED-EB O+M v4 Platinum certification at that time.
