Yintai Jiye Group and Hangzhou Shangcheng Culture and Tourism Group signed an equity cooperation agreement, and the sixth phase of in77 project was officially announced

On November 20, 2023, Yintai Group's Yintai Jiye Group signed an equity cooperation agreement with Hangzhou Shangcheng District Wenlvlv Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shangcheng Wenlv Group") to be responsible for the development and construction of the Quanye Li plot in the Hangzhou Hubin commercial district. Lin Shipeng, Chairman of Shangcheng Culture and Business Travel Group, and Tian Yuan, Vice President of Yintai Group and President of Yintai Jiye Group, attended the signing ceremony.

Hangzhou Hubin Yintai in77 is located in the first batch of national demonstration pedestrian streets - Hangzhou Hubin Pedestrian Street, and is the only multi-functional composite urban complex on the West Lake waterfront. In77 achieved full operation in all five districts in 2018, with a commercial area of nearly 230000 square meters. It integrates five major theme blocks: international famous products, dimensional utopia, fashion trendsetter, exquisite life, and unrestrained nightlife. It is a model of block style shopping centers in China, with an annual passenger flow of nearly 100 million people.

As the sixth phase of Hangzhou Hubin Yintai in77, the development project of Quanye Li plot is located in the core area of Hubin Pedestrian Street, adjacent to West Lake, in77B area and Longxiangqiao subway station. The project is positioned as "luxury, China-Chic, social intercourse and art", and focuses on building a social space with young and diversified lifestyles and urban quality.

After completion, the project will fill the commercial gap on the west side of the northern section of the Hubin Pedestrian Street, further enhance the level and influence of the Hubin commercial district, create a new landmark leading international fashion trend culture and commercial innovation, and assist in the construction of Hangzhou as an international consumer center city.
