Shen Guojun, the founder and chairman of Intime Group, Han Xuegao, the president of the group, Liu Yu, the assistant president of the group, and Cui Lijun, the general manager of the financial management department of the group headquarters, respectively brought wonderful lectures to the students. Through case analysis, restore classic scenarios, impart the extracted experiences, and promote the inheritance and precipitation of talent, experience, and culture in enterprises.

Mr. Shen led everyone to review the development history of Intime, analyze the major gains and losses in the past, analyze the domestic and international economic situation, analyze technological progress and industrial transformation, and explain how to be a good executive from four aspects. Mr. Han shared his understanding and thoughts on steady development, explored the decomposition of strategic goals and feasible strategies, emphasized how to practice a simple, responsible, and innovative corporate culture through action, and interpreted the principles and important issues in company management through case studies.

Mr. Liu's teaching topic revolves around enterprise risk prevention and resolution, using typical cases to provide factual risk warnings; Mr. Cui explained in detail the impact of cash flow and taxes on project estimation and management. The two courses not only emphasize the importance of risk control from a macro perspective, but also analyze corresponding methods and approaches through practical implementation.

Let's take Mr. Shen's sharing on "How to Be a Good Executive" as a microcosm review of this training session:

1.  Having the correct values, abiding by the law externally, and upholding the system internally are the bottom line.

2.  Doing things fairly and justly, setting an example. To strive for fair and just treatment of every colleague is the foundation of a manager's authority.

3.  Have the basic skills of understanding business and management. It is not required that all cadres are experts, but cadres need to understand the basic knowledge of the industry, business, and management, and continuously learn and improve.
