2024 On September 13th, the China Building Economy Beijing Forum was grandly held during the China International Fair for Trade in Services. Intime Group was awarded the "2024 China Building Economy Benchmark Operator", Beijing Intime Center was named the "2024 China Building Economy Gold Landmark", and Beijing Intime First Pacific Davis Property Management Co., Ltd. was honored with the "2024 China Building Economy Best Commercial Enterprise Property Management Company".

2024 The Beijing Forum on Building Economy in China is jointly organized by the World Trade Network Alliance, China Association for the Promotion of Industrial Development, and Cluster Think Tank. It focuses on the theme of "Imbalance and Reconstruction" and explores new logic of urban transformation and development, as well as innovative development models for building economy. Tian Yuan, Vice President of Intime Group and President of Intime Foundation Group, was invited to attend the forum and deliver a keynote speech. She shared the experience of Intime Foundation Group as an explorer, practitioner, and cultivator of urban comprehensive operation, as well as its measures in creating diverse ecosystems, supporting urban development, and building urban value.

During this period, the Building Economy and Headquarters Economy Branch of the China Association for the Promotion of Industrial Development was officially established, and Yintai Jiye Group was honored to serve as the vice chairman unit.
