Hangzhou Intime Center renderings (intended for reference only, final subject to planning approval)
Hangzhou Intime Center is located in the core plot (central axis) of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City, with a land area of 193400 square meters (approximately 290 acres). It is jointly developed by Intime Group and Yuhang Urban Investment Group, with a total investment of nearly 7 billion yuan and a planned construction area of approximately 600000 square meters for a high-end TOD urban complex, committed to creating a new model for future commerce.
The project renderings released this time draw inspiration from "light and shadow in flowing water", integrate modern language and local cultural elements, and showcase a visual tension that is both dynamic and static, as well as a city landmark image that combines international perspective and Jiangnan charm. The design concept of Hangzhou Intime Center emphasizes the organic integration of city, nature, and culture. The project takes "home, community, city living room" as the starting point to build a humanized space with a sense of belonging; Integrating urban ecology, functional systems, and local context through the technique of "stitching" to form a complex and diverse urban network node; Taking culture as the spiritual core of the neighborhood, utilizing art and public spaces to convey the unique regional temperament of Hangzhou. In terms of design language, the project implements the concept of "pro life", gradually introducing natural elements from street squares to sky gardens, shaping a spatial experience of coexistence between architecture and ecology. Through flexible design, we aim to build a resilient framework that adapts to urban changes and sustainable development, strengthening experiential value and memory attributes.
The opening of Hangzhou Intime Center is another masterpiece of Intime Group in the field of urban complex development, and also an important practice for its Intime Commercial Group to practice the vision of "sustainable innovative business model". At this conference, Intime Commercial Group shared its youth power symbiotic business practice centered on "product power, scene power, and connection power":
In terms of product power, it co shapes the future of the brand with young groups. For example, in77 was upgraded to a product line in 2024, and the opening of Intime in77 in Hefei was favored by young consumers. InPARK projects appeared in multiple places and gained market recognition; In terms of scene power, making space a social capital, such as the 4D U-shaped screen of Hangzhou Hubin Yintai in77 Xizi Corridor Bridge igniting the whole network and repeatedly appearing on CCTV news. After the completion of the full area space renovation of Hangzhou West Yintai City, the passenger flow increased by 20%; In terms of connectivity, we have achieved a transition from mental occupation to emotional resonance, such as the Zhengzhou Yintai inPARK topic event which received billions of exposures and saw a year-on-year increase of 88.26% in customer traffic.
Yintai Commercial Group continues to create perceptible and memorable consumer experiences through the deep integration of content and scenes.
Now, this urban landmark that draws on the charm of Jiangnan and carries the future commercial vision has begun to take shape. In the future, Intime Group will continue to practice the development concept of symbiosis with cities, promote regional prosperity with high-quality commercial ecology, and work together to create a new chapter of high-quality urban development.
