Yintai Group and Qiantang Industry Group won the bid for the Hangzhou East Bay New City plot

On November 25th, Intime Group and Qiantang Industry Group successfully won the bid for the QT020303-01 plot in the East Bay New City unit of Qiantang District, Hangzhou, with a total transaction price of 664.24 million yuan.

The plot is located in the core area of East Bay New City, Qiantang District, Hangzhou, south of the Urban Construction Cultural Center, with a land area of 78963 square meters (approximately 118 acres).

As the core development engine of Qiantang District's "One Belt, Two Cities" strategy and an important pivot for Hangzhou's headquarters economy construction, Dongwan New City focuses on building the Dongwan Metropolitan City of Science and Technology Innovation with the development strategy of "promoting the city through science and technology, empowering industries, and revitalizing Jiangwan". Yintai Group will join hands with Qiantang Industrial Group to create a benchmark urban complex with a total construction area of over 400000 square meters. It is expected to become the "image cover" of Dongwan New City and the "city card" of Qiantang District after completion, adding a new "urban vitality engine" to the eastern area of Hangzhou.
